Enterprise Alignment - Shingo Workshop

This two-day workshop combines classroom and on-site training at the O.C. Tanner facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. It builds upon the knowledge and experience gained from the Discover Excellence and Systems Design workshops. The workshop delves deeper into the Shingo Model™ by focusing on the principles identified in the Enterprise Alignment dimension:

1. Think Systemically: Understand how different parts of an organization interact and influence each other.
2. Create Constancy of Purpose: Ensure that all employees have a clear understanding of the organization’s goals and values.
3. Create Value for the Customer: Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver value that meets their needs.

To succeed, organizations need management systems that align work and behaviors with principles and direction. These systems should be simple, comprehensive, actionable, and standardized. Ultimately, creating value for customers is achieved through the effective alignment of every value stream in an organization. The Enterprise Alignment workshop continues the discussion around defining ideal behaviors and the systems that drive them.
